Tushar needs no introduction in India’s Investment Landscape. He brings over 26 years of invaluable experience in Investment Management, Investment Process Integrity, Insightful Investor engagements and deep market insights to us. He has held several Senior leadership and Management positions at reputed fund houses including his recent stint with HSBC Asset Management, where he was the Chief Investment Officer, India for over 13 years. He has also worked with Tata AIG and HDFC Group including HDFC AMC in Senior investment roles. He is an alumnus of the University of Hartford from where he completed his MBA in Finance.
Tushar will steer and guide us as we setup our investment processes & capabilities, will mentor our investment team and help drive the investment strategy.

Diksha Vaish leads the Legal & Compliance function of the group. Based out of our Mumbai office, Diksha is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI India) and Law Graduate (LL.B) with substantial experience in Legal and advisory industry. Before joining Group, Diksha has worked with Enterslice, Asija & Associates dealing with various company secretarial activities supporting secretarial and compliance aspect for organizations like Spinny, Opay Finance. In her previous job experience she has dealt with key regulators i.e., RBI, IRDAI etc.
Siddharth Alok

A finance graduate in Business Management from the prestigious Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore comes with an experience of almost 5 years in investments and financial domain.
As the AVP – Investments, his role is to actively construct portfolios that align with the customer’s risk-taking abilities and are in sync with their requirements taking time horizon, returns expectations and investment profile . He is also instrumental in creating in-house models and doing other research work for the company. He features as a regular participant on various TV channels and guest columnist in select financial publications.
Ashish Dharaiya

Ashish has a rich and varied experience in the WealthTech and Financial Products distribution space for close to a decade. Part of the initial setup team of the BSE StAR MF platform, Ashish has gained valuable experience and domain knowledge while working with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on the BSE StAR MF platform.
His association with Anand Rathi Wealth Services has been the longest where he was responsible for the digitization and managing multi-assets digital platform for the wealth business.
Juhi Shukla

Juhi has gained almost a decade of experience in Mutual Fund and Wealth Management domain. Before joining Group, she has worked with Manhar Mandaliya & Co. (CA Firm) dealing with all forms of Mutual Funds, financial products, and accounting.
Juhi is responsible for smooth functioning of Customer Service department for all products and services offered.
